description Technical Overview
Zedeyes 113AS All Stainless Steel Pressure Gauge
The Zedeyes 113AS is a full stainless steel safety pressure gauge engineered to satisfy the highest operational safety standards in severe industrial environments. Built with a solid internal baffle wall and a blowout back design, it fully complies with the EN 837-1 S3 safety pattern. In the event of an unexpected Bourdon tube rupture, process pressure and media are safely directed out through the entire rear backplate, protecting operators standing in front of the instrument.
Constructed entirely from high-grade stainless steel (SS304 case with SS316L measuring element), the Model 113AS handles aggressive gaseous and liquid media, severe ambient weathering, and pressure ranges up to 1,600 bar. For applications exposed to rapid pressure cycling, water hammer, or heavy machinery vibration, the glycerin-filled execution (Model 113AS-G) dampens pointer movement and lubricates internal components for an extended operational lifespan.
Key Features & Benefits
-
EN 837-1 S3 Solid-Baffle Safety Construction: Features a solid internal bulkhead and blowout backplate to safely vent process overpressure away from personnel.
-
All-Stainless Steel Architecture: Heavy-duty SS304 casing and SS316L wetted parts provide superior chemical compatibility and resistance to atmospheric corrosion.
-
Extreme Operating Range: Measures standard, vacuum, and compound pressures with high-pressure scales extending up to 0–1,600 bar.
-
Excellent Load-Cycle Stability: High-performance Bourdon tube system provides high fatigue resistance under rapidly fluctuating pressure cycles.
-
Vibration-Damped Glycerin-Filled Option (113AS-G): Liquid filling stabilizes dial readings, prevents pointer flutter, and protects internal movement gears from mechanical wear.
-
Multi-Size Versatility: Available in 63 mm, 100 mm, and 160 mm nominal dial diameters to fit compact skids, control panels, or high-overhead piping.
Primary Applications
-
Chemical & Petrochemical Refining: Hazardous chemical distribution lines, high-pressure reactors, and refining units requiring S3 safety compliance.
-
Power Plants, Onshore & Offshore Rigs: Steam turbines, boiler feed pumps, offshore drilling platforms, and marine utility lines.
-
Machine Building & Plant Construction: Heavy hydraulic power units, high-pressure washdown systems, and gas distribution skids.
-
Environmental Technology & Utilities: Wastewater treatment plants, gas scrubbers, and industrial pollution control systems.
