description Technical Overview
Zedeyes 113GS Safety version pressure gauge
The Zedeyes 113GS is a premium, high-safety pressure gauge engineered to meet the stringent requirements of ASME B40.100 (Grade 1A). Designed with a solid front baffle wall and a full rear blowout disc, this gauge provides ultimate operator protection in high-pressure, hazardous industrial environments. In the event of a Bourdon tube rupture, the solid internal partition redirects the line pressure and process media safely through the backside of the instrument away from personnel.
Featuring a heavy-duty 4½" corrosion-resistant Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) plastic case, an SS316 sensing element, a micro-adjustable pointer as standard, and a specialized vibration-damping movement, the Zedeyes 113GS thrives in severe ambient conditions, power generation plants, offshore platforms, and chemical processing skids.
Key Features & Benefits
-
ASME B40.100 Solid-Front Safety Enclosure: Built with a solid internal partition wall and a full rear blowout disk to safely vent overpressure and process media away from operators.
-
Corrosion-Resistant PBT Case: High-strength Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) plastic housing offers immunity to chemical atmospheric attack and outdoor weathering.
-
Standard Micro-Adjustable Pointer: Allows precise zero-point recalibration directly from the front face without removing the dial or pointer assembly.
-
Special Vibration-Damping Movement: Engineered internal movement dampens mechanical vibration and shock; can be liquid-filled for extreme, high-vibration applications.
-
High Chemical & Thermal Compatibility: SS316 Bourdon tube and wetted parts handle process media temperatures up to +220 °C (unfilled version) and pressure ranges up to 1,000 bar.
-
Diaphragm Seal Compatible: Easily couples with Zedeyes diaphragm seals for viscous, high-temperature, or aggressive media lines.
Primary Applications
-
Chemical & Petrochemical Processing: High-pressure reactors, severe chemical lines, and refining units requiring maximum operator safety.
-
Power Generation, Mining & Offshore: Turbine skids, offshore drilling rigs, and heavy mining utility lines subject to harsh ambient corrosion and vibration.
-
Operations with Elevated Safety Requirements: High-pressure gas networks and hazardous media lines where ASME B40.100 solid-front protection is mandated.
-
Corrosive Coastal & Marine Ambience: Environments requiring non-metallic, highly resistant plastic enclosures.
