description Technical Overview
Zedeyes 137 Differential Pressure Gauge
The Zedeyes 137 is an all-stainless-steel differential pressure gauge engineered to deliver reliable measurement in severe industrial environments. Built with an all-welded design, an SS304 safety case (EN 837-1 S1), and an SS316L bellows element, the Model 137 handles differential pressure ranges from as low as 0–25 mbar up to 0–16 bar with a static working pressure limit of up to 40 bar.
The instrument features two standard ½" NPT female process connections marked with clearly carved (+) and (-) symbols to ensure correct high- and low-pressure line hookup. Its encapsulated diaphragm and bellows construction ensures superior overpressure safety, making it a dependable choice for filter monitoring, pump control, and liquid level measurement in chemical processing skids.
Key Features & Benefits
-
Robust All-Stainless Steel Construction: Durable SS304 safety housing with SS316L wetted parts and stainless steel movement provides high corrosion resistance in harsh plant environments.
-
Wide Differential Pressure Span: Accurately measures low differential pressures starting at 0–25 mbar up to high-pressure spans of 0–16 bar.
-
High Static & Overpressure Safety: Encapsulated design handles working static pressures up to 40 bar, protecting the measuring element against sudden pressure spikes.
-
Flexible Connection Adaptability: Standard dual ½" NPT female ports can be easily adapted to various process fittings using standard adapters.
-
Liquid Filling Options: Available with Glycerin (−20 °C to +60 °C) or Silicone (−40 °C to +60 °C) case filling for applications with high mechanical vibration or severe ambient temperature fluctuations.
-
Enhanced Safety Features: Designed to EN 837-1 Safety Category S1 standards with a heavy-duty safety glass window.
Primary Applications
-
Filter & Strainer Monitoring: Continuous pressure drop tracking across industrial filters, separators, and strainers to trigger maintenance.
-
Pump Performance Monitoring: Real-time differential pressure monitoring across pumps and heat exchangers.
-
Level Measurement: Hydrostatic liquid level tracking in closed pressurized vessels and storage tanks.
-
Chemical & Process Engineering: Differential pressure monitoring in non-viscous, non-crystallizing chemical transport lines.
Operational Note: Do not use with media that are highly viscous or prone to crystallization.
